Very terrible service, the dentist and the assistant were talking the whole time, absolutely no respect towards the patients!

This dentist is extremely unprofessional and lacks any sense of time. My grandfather, who is over 80, waited for more than two hours for a 12 PM appointment, only to be told to wait again without any explanation. He was fasting and planned to eat after the appointment, but they didn't give him a specific timeframe or say how long he would have to wait. When he got angry, neither the receptionist nor the dentist apologized or tried to comfort him, nor did they explain why it would take so long. They just told him to leave. This has caused my grandfather to have a high blood pressure flare-up for the past few days, and he feels extremely unwell. Unless you have tons of time to waste dealing with this doctor, I advise you to avoid them. This isn't the first time we've had to wait so long; they seem to think this is normal. Bad attitude and such a long wait? You'll just end up paying money to suffer.
