My visit at the harlem location was very pleasant, especially after speaking with Karina. She was very helpful to me and actually she was the Employee that really close to Deal for me to have my primary dentist here at this location. The Desk/ Dental staff really made me feel comfortable.

I would like to share a wonderful review about the front desk representative and the dental assistant at this office. From the moment we walked in, the front desk lady was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. She greeted us with a smile, made us feel comfortable, and handled everything efficiently. Her positive attitude truly set the tone for our visit. I also want to commend the dental assistant who installed the first set of braces on my daughter’s teeth. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain what she was doing, reassured my daughter when she felt nervous, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and caring nature made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication to patient care.
