My doctor left the practice, nobody bothered to inform me until I called to ask why my prescription refill was being denied. Some NP who had never spoken to me before arbitrarily yanked me off the medication I’ve relied on to function for the last 6 years because the practice “doesn’t feel comfortable” prescribing stimulants anymore. She offered to bridge the prescription and then immediately canceled it without explanation. And this was all after being on hold for a good 6-8 minutes. Unethical, irresponsible, and just plain cruel.

This is a fantastic place to have your sleep study. Arranging it and dealing with insurance issues was handling expertly and efficiently by the superb administrative staff. The facility is immaculate. The on-site staff were professional and friendly. The clinicians are great and all consultations can be done by telehealth.
