Serious Concerns About Billing and Medical Record Accuracy I’ve been a member of One Medical for some time, and the difference in quality over the past year is hard to ignore. What prompted this review was a billing issue that should have been straightforward. I was charged for injections that were never administered. I flagged it, expecting a simple correction. Instead, I was told their records are correct and that I’m responsible for the charges. That response is what’s most concerning. If a provider can’t reconcile what actually happened during a visit with what’s documented, that’s not just frustrating, it raises real concerns about the reliability of their medical records. This used to feel like a modern, patient-first experience. Now it feels operationally inconsistent and difficult to trust. I’d encourage anyone considering joining to look closely at recent reviews and weigh whether this is the level of care and accuracy you’re comfortable with.
