I saw the PA, An (who I've seen a number of times), and she is excellent. Thorough, knowledgable, and pleasant. She always diagnoses and solves the issue I've come in for, and also does a very complete body check.

I have visited this practice a handful of times over the past 5 years and more often than not my scheduled appointment is either cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute (day of) or I am kept waiting so long that I have to leave. Today was no exception. After waiting 30 minutes I inquired about my appointment and was told that they were still busy and to wait longer. I don't believe in raising my voice or showing anger but explained that this was the third time this specific appointment had been rescheduled by them spanning over an 8 week of time and I was frustrated and tired of being disrespected and unfortunately would not be coming back. The reason that I am actually leaving a negative review as opposed to letting the incident slide off my back as I have in the past, is that I happened to notice that Dr Javier Zelaya, the owner of the practice, was sitting at the side reception desk, heard the conversation and didn't even acknowledge me even though he has treated me multiple times over the years. His only response was to instruct the receptionist on how to refund the $$ I just paid to my credit card.
