The doctor herself is great, but her staff is the worst. Completely unresponsive. God forbid you need an Rx refilled, you could drop dead before they respond. They are totally incompetent and clearly don't care about the needs of the patients..

The doctor is great but the staff is bad at picking up the phone, their voicemail is always full and takes forever to answer email's. I sent an email on Saturday, one on Monday then realized it was president day, I sent two on Tuesday. Still no response from them.
