Appointment starts right on time (which is amazing), and Dr. Zang is very attentive and easy to talk to about any skin-related issues. She quickly identified the issue behind the rash underneath my chin and ears (dermatitis), and prescribed medication & shampoo as treatment. She also offered detailed office recommendations for moisturizers to purchase for my dry skin, and she reassured me about some of the moles that I was worrying about. The office & patient room itself is spotlessly clean, and I felt very comfortable through the whole experience. Very highly recommend if you're looking for a dermatologist in the Flushing area.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I saw Julie multiple times over about two years and trusted her guidance, but I was misdiagnosed and put on treatments like antibiotics and creams that didn’t help my skin at all. I ended up going to another dermatologist later, and they gave me a completely different assessment and approach, which actually made more sense for what I was dealing with. On top of that, at my last appointment, she wasn’t even there and no one told me ahead of time. I had to explain everything all over again to a different doctor who didn’t know my history. It honestly felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I left feeling like my concerns were never really taken seriously or properly addressed.
