We were welcomed with open arms. My dad didn’t complain during his rehabilitation this time. There were people working on a steady basis. The staff are very friendly for the most part. They fell in love with my dad. Over the last 3 years he’s been in two other rehabilitation centers. This one is the most family friendly one I’ve ever experienced. His nurses, physical, occupational, cognitive therapist were very knowledgeable and helpful. Also a shout out to the hospitality crew. Thank you for getting him to come out and socialize. My dad’s only complaint was food. He loves soup and wished they had more soup selections. The facility is kept clean and organized. My dad was kept very clean. Thank you all for everything.

Do NOT send your loved one to this facility. Your loved one will DIE being in this facility. The workers are lazy, nurse Practioner is incompetent. My loved one was there for rehab and had to be rushed to the hospital with a blood infection, bed sores. The aids did not try to feed her if family was not around and we went everyday. Food tray sat all day. I came in one day, passed the nurse who said my loved one was just cleaned up - they lied, the bed was soiled , patient had not been changed - I called the nursing director , director of the facility, nurse Practioner, nurse — everybody - had a meeting right then. I had to ban one male nurse who was rude and rough to my loved one. I asked that he not be her nurse. This facility is terrible , long term care smells, limited parking in the front of buliding , all other parking is in the back of the building . The staff seemed to always be confused as to what was going on. My loved one came in for rehab doing well to receive rehab- left almost dead - still in the hospital in critical condition fighting to live.
