I have been using Clarity Eyecare as my eye doctor for two years now and have had such a wonderful experience as a patient at this practice. Dr. Chan is is incredibly kind and takes the time to truly listen and address all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I never feel rushed during appointments, which is something I really value. As a newer patient, I also really appreciate how she’s remembered my personal concerns from past visits. It makes the care feel much more thoughtful and personalized. The rest of the staff are just as lovely—always patient, welcoming, and helpful. One thing that really stands out is how well their online system works. It’s super easy to log in, navigate, and quickly access all of my documents. That’s not always the case with medical portals, so I really appreciate how well theirs works. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for both the quality of care and the overall experience.

Great experience today with the staff over at clarity Eyecare. They treat you like family, they are very knowledgeable, also very concerned and intuitive of not only your eyes but health as it relates to the eyes. From the eye exam all the way in to selection of glasses they do a wonderful job. I felt immediate comfort on dealing with the team and they work together and have the latest technology for your eyes and they give excellent diagnostics of the eyes. You are shortening yourself if you don’t consult with the teamover at clarity Eyecare. They are very very patient and will give you honest opinions. From the receptionist, to the optometrist, to the team that helps pick out glasses they are very knowledgeable and great. I will be returning. Also it smells wonderful in there, I can tell i will love this place. Great job guys.
