During my stay here I have had no issues with the care I've received. The staff is engaged and eager to assist in any way they can, however, the facility is short staffed most of the time. There does seem to be an attempt to hire more CNAS. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The only shortcoming in my opinion is the food, which could have more variety.

My mom recently passed away. She was at Auburn Rehab for 5 months. I cannot overstate the kindness she received from everyone at the facility. The staff embraced her and us as family. They collaborated with us about her care and she truly received excellent medical treatment. We were blessed to have such compassionate and caring staff taking care of mom and guiding us through her long goodbye.
