Never again. I came in, They checked my insurance. They said I was eligible. When I went in to be seen, the doctor guided me to his office and when I sat in the first chair, I noticed his hand hovering over my shoulder. I moved my body away, he still put his cold fingers on my shoulder and said in a calm voice, “Hey, I don’t like to be touched.” And the doctor said, “Well, I don’t like touching you.” I sat thru the exam because I wanted to Get it over with. I talk to the sales person and they said Affinity only covers up to $25. I would have to pay $50+ to get a pair of glasses. Not bad, but then she said It would take 3-4 weeks for a pair of glasses! I asked to take my prescription and she said it takes 1-2 weeks, and I had to come pick up my script in person. I wish they told me all of this before I allowed myself to be subjected to that kind of treatment.
