I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Rabinovich and her staff Lily the nurse and Ella receptionist. I had an emergency and the office went out of their way to accomodate me in my present condition. Dr. Rabinovich took extra time out of her busy schedule to tend to my needs. They referred me to the right places and thankfully all is well. Best care team. Thank you guys for your attentiveness. Would recommend to everyone who needs medical attention

Update: The Dr has been ok. The manager of the office, actually the receptionist for Dr Rabinovich-you gotta be aware that this woman will interrupt the staff while doing your vitals and intake to address whatever she is unable to do. This is what happened to me today. No apology, no “excuse me may I ask something?”, she just came in speaking in Russian about a completely unrelated patient during the time the nurse was doing my intake before seeing the Dr. I know this because I asked, “does this have anything to do with me?” Her response was “no”, then I asked them please do not interrupt the nurse while she is doing the intake for me and registering my vitals. The receptionist then had the audacity to get offended, and stand in the doorway giving me-the patient, dirty looks! Just a warning for this very Russian neighborhood, if you’re not Russian and don’t speak Russian they will not treat you with respect. After I confronted the receptionist, this office made me wait an additional 30+ mins to see the dr. For a 2pm appointment when I showed up 10 mins early, it’s now 1/4 to 3pm and I’m still waiting. The receptionist was very rude and seemed to enjoy wasting people’s time. Be ready to advocate for yourself and demand respect from this office if you’re not Russian. Below there’s a response from the office clarifying that the rude person was a receptionist/scheduler for the Dr I came to see. NOT the manager as I initially thought. I was thinking she must have some type of authority in this office to so rudely interrupt the nurse while she was completing my intake, nope. She’s just rude and that somehow makes this worse. Instead of excusing the rude behavior and correcting it internally the suggestion is I work with another Dr? The Dr has not done anything wrong. In fact the scheduler is acting as a liability. If there’s a mistake on my records because of her rude interference that would cause harm to me, which I can sue and the Dr would be liable for this not the receptionist. Replacing the receptionist or educating her on how to interact in a medical office would be better than asking me to change Dr’s. If I was Russian or spoke Russian would this even be an issue? Somehow the dr’s office response has made this worse. When the dr has actually been really good. With all the stress on the medical industry and good dr’s this seems like the worst solution to offer. Reader beware and if you decide to go to this office for the good medical services of Dr Rabinovich, just be on guard of her rude receptionist and be ready to advocate for yourself against this woman with no manners.
