By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I can’t even believe it. The staff is very professional and kind. From check in to check out, they provided very pleasant service. Dr. Fay is very knowledgeable and super nice herself. My consultation was a full hour because she thoroughly explained the procedure and answered every single question I had. In no moment was she dismissive or in a rush to get me out. By the end, I felt completely comfortable going through with the surgery. Post op was another plus. The team was available when I needed them in the middle of the night and even checked in on me a few hours after our call to see if I had improved. Hands down, I absolutely recommend Dr. Fay. 5-stars do not come close to what she deserves.

Cannot emphasize enough how fantastic Dr. Fay is. Not only did she do BEAUTIFUL work, but she has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced from a doctor. She took as much time as I needed to answer my questions and I was never rushed in and out of the office. After my surgery she took as much time as my mom needed to answer questions about caring for me while I recovered. In all of my follow-ups after surgery she was thorough and caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had my surgery a few days before the city shut down because of Covid and she went out of her way to open the practice for me for my immediate follow-ups even though everything in the whole world was closed. Truly an exceptional experience!!
