Sharmeen Sultana M.D. Pllc

I had an appointment with Dr. Sharmeen Sultana at 9:30 AM, but she didn’t arrive at the office until 10:00 AM. This is very unprofessional and irresponsible. It’s the second time this has happened, she is consistently late, leaving patients waiting in the lobby for long periods. I had to leave without being seen. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t get me wrong, Dr. Sultana is an amazing doctor, but the front desk staff really need improvement. One of the receptionists was extremely disrespectful and even lied about my appointment date just to get me to leave. When I insisted that my appointment was indeed today, she made me wait for an hour and then claimed my insurance wasn’t answering , which can’t be true since I’ve been a patient here for years. The front desk should treat patients with honesty and respect. No matter how busy things get, professionalism and courtesy should always come first.
