Amazon One Medical is a great service for those who want quality care without waiting hours in a waiting room. The Cobble Hill location is convenient to multiple lines but right off the Bergen G/F stop. My appointments and walking have been easy and quick!

I got labs drawn at this location in September and was told they would be fully in network and covered but rhen received a substantial bill from Labcorp. When I spoke to Labcorp, they told me the bill was because the office incorrectly entered the order and did not submit the required pre authorization, so now I was being charged the full out of pocket amount. I've called One Medical 10+ times over 6 weeks to resolve the issue and each time I've been told they're working on it and they'd get back to me soon but no one has ever called back, shared an update or made any progress. Unfortunately due to the error of this location I currently owe a several hundred dollar bill that should have been covered. I've been told it's in the hands of this location manager but they also have not communicated anything to me or shared any update.
