Matt fully understands how to accommodate you when shopping for new frames. Joann was able to help me find frames I had my eyes on since last year. The woman even figured out a way to to use my health insurance to pay for partial of the expenses. I didnt even know my insurance covered anything. She helped me save money in NYC.. THE WOMAN IS A SAINT!!

I have been coming to this location for years, and the service has always been exceptional. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for helping customers choose the right glasses—even styles I never would have picked for myself but ended up loving!! If you're fortunate enough to work with Joann Bido, you're in excellent hands. She consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. During my recent visit, she discovered my health insurance covers my eye exam and a portion of the cost of my contact lenses and glasses. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I saved a significant amount of money. The doctors here are excellent and provide THOROUGH professional eye exams. I feel confident that I am receiving the best care and the most accurate prescription.
