I've been to many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Ruocco is my favorite! He's always explained why he's using certain instruments or techniques so that he's only targeting the area that needs to be adjusted. Every other chiropractor I've been to had twisted me into a pretzel everytime (essentially cracking my entire back and hips at once). Yet, Dr. Ruocco has only done this once for me because I needed it but usually it's just my 1 hip that is out of alignment so that's all he adjusts. When it comes to adjusting my neck, he slowly reminds me of the technique and then waits for my consent due to my level of fear with having my neck cracked. Often times he checks my neck and we talk about if it's needed or if I can wait until the next appointment. I truly appreciate the level of care and collaboration that he's given me. It's also great to call the office and get greeted by your first name by a friendly voice! It always warms my day to get this type of happiness and a smile.
