Run as fast as you can. When the nurse called me to take my vitals before seeing the doctor , I noticed the marijuana smell in the room and I could clearly tell she was intoxicated. After taking to the doctor for less than 15 minutes I noticed she added on her notes to bill for 45 min of her face to face time with the client ….. this is just a mill to get insurance money. They do not care for their patients. When the doctor Khatri explained to me that my Pap smear was abnormal over the Telehealth appointment, I asked her to explain what that meant. She said we will know more when we do the biopsy and hung up the video call before I could even say anything. I am extremely disappointed , this woman took an oath but clearly she’s just here for the money. If anyone knows who to reach to report this please let me know.

made my first appt a couple of days ago, they cancelled my appt without notifying and so when I arrived, they told me they called me (I don't pick up calls w "No Called ID") and cancelled because they didn't get a pick up from me. No voicemails were left, no emails, no texts, no notifications. then I had to make another appt and they didn't tell me that the doctor left when I arrived or before I arrived. they could have called me to come later or let me know when I arrived before I waited 25 mins in the waiting room after my appt time, thinking I'll be seen soon. When I asked after 25 min wait time, they then told me that I have to wait 30 mins for the doctor to come back. another patient checked in and they told her that the doctor was going to come back in 30 mins to an hour wait time. this is the second appt I made with them after they cancelled my first appt without my knowledge. I will never come to this office again. this is not proper healthcare or patient care. awful experience & I didn't go through w my appt and wait. i’m just really confused: do they really expect patients to wait around without all the information like they don’t have a job, or other responsibilities????????
