I had a difficult experience with this provider. I needed signed medical forms and a prescription sent to my pharmacy . Despite calling consistently for weeks, the forms were never fully signed, and the medication was never sent ! I also had TROUBLE reaching My psychiatrist Dr Gabriel through their office it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received call back ! FOR ANYONE NEEDING TIMELY PAPERWORK OR PERSCRIPTIONS, I highly suggest look elsewhere ! Because this place have made my depression & anxiety worse ! Good luck everyone !
