Same as what a lot of other people are saying, Cecilia never got back to me. I called and provided my insurance information as well as my card information to cover co-pays. I was told that someone would be calling me and the appointment would take place over the phone. I was given a date and time, no one called and the appointment never happened. I tried contacting Cecilia to demand an explanation, I tried two different numbers and I left a message, but I never got the opportunity to speak to someone. Feel free to file a complaint against this person.

Terrible service. Consultants ask for information but when I was supposed to receive the actual telehealth the therapist never called. When I complained to the consultant she said the therapist said there was no answer which was a lie. I sat by the phone and waited. I tried calling that day a Saturday and the consultant doesn’t work that day. There should have been a direct number to the therapist. Bad Bad Service.
