I had an appointment three weeks ago at the Accompanying business, Essen Healthcare, I spoke with,and paid for my frames to Ms. Julietta Mullokandova but I NEVER got a call back to pick up my glasses. I admittedly got upset and called today 10/13/25, and was told to come in. After I make it , the lights are off, with no notice; I made it by 2:27 pm. I was informed by one of the workers of, what I assume is Essen health care “they make their own hours, if the lights are off, they’re gone for the day.” I will be reporting your business to the better business bureau. Every single time I call, my “glasses aren’t in the system”, even tho’ they can finish my last name and my date of birth to look me up.
