Dr Akuoko is a great doctor. I was referred to him by a family that he has taking very good care of for years. However, over the years it seems as if they set you up to see other doctors because he is always busy. If he is suppose to be my primary doctor, why would I be seeing anyone else. (The toss you around) The heavy set african female doctor saw me the last time and because of her I will no longer be a patient here. She wasnt very concerned with what was going on with my health but instead she kept telling me they dont do no fault cases. I tried to tell her I didnt care about a case I just needed to know why my face was twisted to one side and why I couldnt hear out of my ear. I simply wanted some test ran and she basically told me she cannot send me for a MRI because she needed a reason. My reason is I hit my head during the accident but she still declined. So insensitive and she never even got up out of the chair nor cut on the light so we basically set in a dark room. Dr Akuoko has lost a long time patient. As for the front desk staff, they always seem to be holding conversations with each other or patients. Yall have to do better Edit: Dr Akuoko has retired, I definitely won't be going here anymore. 2025
