The therapists are nice. I saw Adriana Vargas, she has left the practise now though. The second time I went there for intake , they made me wait 40 minutes just to be seen. (Even though I had an appointment that day). I mean I know there are wait times at hospitals but 40 minutes is a lot. I have a full time job and I can be sitting 40 minutes even when I have an appointment. On top of that they made me come in 4 times just to do intake. Very unhappy with the management and how the intake is done. They split my intake questionnaire into three visits and the nurse appointment separately. They should be a little understanding that people can't keep coming in 4 times just to complete the intake. They do hand out metro cards which is nice.

This is a good place if you have the right counselor I think my counselor offered no mental health care it's a waste ot insurance my counselor seems very medicated I don't think she knows how to use her computer which seems strange I have went there several times with issues crying and very overwhelmed and it was told to me to feel better no services or offered don't go there so of the people you will see or mandated to go there if your not mandated and you truly want help go somewhere else
