The initial visit went great. However the third visit was horrible and I could not believe my eyes. My father came home with a bleeding shoulder and his skin was literally raw and bleeding. The PTA that applied the kinesiology tape didn’t take his time to remove it with care .. like how you are supposed to! Instead he ripped it off and told my father “sorry”, proceeded to put alcohol and sent him home. My dad is clearly still healing from this and I’m surprised that the PT in this facility didn’t step in at all to fix this. I do not recommend this PT office at all! They lack compassionate care and patience - clearly since they ripped the tape off like nothing.
