The doctor is really good but had a hard time finding the office with the address alone. So here are some pictures to navigate to the BLVD Tower. And it has a separate medical entrance which has a security code that you have to get by calling their office number. The number is not automatic meaning a human will always pick the phone. Unless they are on the phone. Then give a call again after 5 minutes.
