I just had a bone marrow biopsy. Chad Robertson performed this procedure. I’m not exaggerating, when I say, he was amazing. This was my second biopsy, and I was a bit anxious since the first was somewhat painful. However, second time around was much better. From the very beginning, Chad informed me of every step. He told me what I was going to feel and did a five second countdown when applying pressure. I didn’t feel any pain and actually felt like taking a nap. God bless Chad’s hands. If ever you need to do a biopsy- I highly recommend Chad. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, the entire staff, from registration to the nurses and specialists, were welcoming, clear in their communication, and genuinely kind. I was very anxious during the waiting period and leading up to anesthesia. One of the nurses, an older woman, noticed my anxiety and took the time to comfort me in a deeply human way. She gently placed her hands on my shoulders and helped calm me emotionally and mentally. That simple gesture was incredibly soothing and came at exactly the right moment. It may seem small, but it made a profound difference in how safe and cared for I felt. I don’t think patients experience that level of attentiveness and empathy every day, and I am truly grateful for it.
