I was seeing MaKedra (who has since resigned) and she missed 2 appointments during major life events without a word. Then the owner of the LLC, Jennifer Jackson reached out to me and offered an appointment with her. She also did not reply to my messages when trying to schedule an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and turned me off from seeking therapy.
