It's my first time experiencing HBOT. Did some research on which clinic to go to, and I'm so glad I found this place!!! Honestly, 10 out of 10. All of the staff members here are very pleasant and professional to be around. Marcia at the front desk is super helpful, kind, and attentive at what she does! She'll make sure everything is in place. Regina, the doctor, is very knowledgeable about HBOT, and not only that, but she’s so sweet! She is supportive, and it honestly makes the process a lot easier. Charles the technician is someone that can assure you you’re in good hands. He makes the experience enjoyable by checking in from time to time to see if I’m okay during and after the session. He’ll change the channel on the TV (since I can’t). He has a positive attitude. Marcia and Charles accommodate my schedule between HBOT and work. I very much appreciate sooooo much!!!!! ☺️ I already feel a difference, but I still have more sessions to complete. I’m hopeful this treatment will do me good.
