Don’t waste your time coming here. The MA was wonderful but I spent more time with her than the Doctor. Dr. Yelena did no kind of physical exam and later I was being billed by my insurance for a diagnosis that had not been made and services I did not receive. I asked her for a prescription for my skin and I had to call the front desk on about 5 separate occasions (who was extremely unorganized) to remind her to send my prescription. She prescribed it incorrectly and I literally had to call back to spell out the prescription, the dosage, and application frequency. She prescribed it wrong AGAIN. I was so frustrated I had to visit another clinician for my prescription as I was just not going to get it from this doctor. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.

Dr Rubinshteyn is a wonderful doctor, however I would never come to this office because of one receptionist who thinks she owns this place. Her name is LANA! She’s extremely rude , unprofessional and plays favorites with patients . She had some nerve to embarrass and make fun of my old fragile grandmother in front of whole bunch of people in the waiting area. My grandmother left the office in tears. Lana thinks that she will never gets sick and never die . Tomorrow is promised to no one ! She works there so long and still can’t figure out the scheduling system . She’s busy flirting with different male patients. Anytime you go there , it’s always a mess!
