I visited Dr. Dwayne Rollins at ENT Queens for persistent sinus issues, including burning sensations and post nasal drip. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly explaining that my symptoms had not improved after initial treatments, my concerns were dismissed with no real investigation or consideration of other possible causes. The only solution offered was another nasal spray, with no explanation or follow-up plan. Dr. Rollins was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked the empathy or thoroughness that any patient deserves. Based on my experience and the many similar reviews I’ve now read, it’s clear this practice does not prioritize quality care or communication. I would not recommend this provider.
