I’ve worked with Royal Care for many years, and they are a great company. The staff are very nice and treat their workers with respect. I recently left to work for the City as a CPS ( Child Protective Specialist) ,but due to long hours and no flexibility, I had to resign because as a mother I need a flexible schedule. When I came back to Royal Care, they welcomed me with open arms. I love my job. I love helping people and changing lives, especially the most vulnerable. If you’re looking for an agency to care for your loved one, or if you’re looking for a job, I highly recommend Royal Care. They truly care about their clients and their workers!!

The reason why I’m giving a one star review is because they don’t care about the patient needs or to find an aide to take over a shift . I Also Giving out One Star Because I Was Very Generous With A Coodinator Sofia who help me resolve my problems but unfortunately they let her go .. i try contacting them asking for her but they kept saying we cant provide no information i really miss her so yes this is my statement.
