Okay so I initially reviewed these guys because of a big problem. While I’m not happy about it, I have to admit they handled it better than anyone in the city would. They did try to get rid of the bugs with traps and fumigation but that didn’t work. We then decided to move as we couldn’t take it anymore and they refunded us our security deposit and a little more than half months rent. I have to say that was a great move and respect them greatly for that.

1 Star Since Rose Associates took over management of our NYC Chelsea building, everything has gone downhill. Communication is poor, responsiveness is worse, and basic building management standards seem nonexistent. Issues that used to be handled promptly are now ignored or dragged out endlessly, while tenants are left frustrated with little accountability from corporate management. It’s honestly shocking that property owners continue to trust this company to manage residential buildings in New York City. The decline in service, professionalism, and overall tenant experience has been drastic. From maintenance delays to lack of transparency and dismissive treatment of residents, this company fails on nearly every front. A management company should improve a building — not make living there significantly worse. Extremely disappointing experience.
