I had bunion surgery at MSC this morning. It was such a good experience. Heated blankets, a wonderful team of nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor that worked incredibly well together made the surgery easy. The team clearly cared about me and we had great conversations while they prepped me and helped me get back on my feet to leave. Clean, punctual, friendly, computers worked, and i was well- monitored the whole time. Recommend highly!!

I had surgery here yesterday for a deviated septum and the staff and especially nurses were all so professional and fun! They created a caring and positive environment that alleviated as much of my anxiety as possible, especially Nicolette and Michael! When they put a needle in my hand for the IV, that started a fight or flight response since I'd never hand a needle in my hand before, so they quickly helped me as I felt I was about to pass out, laying me down and getting me ice packs, and waited to continue the pre-surgery steps until those symptoms passed - no one rushed me out of that. When I was woken up after surgery, I was actually sleeping and dreaming, so I was pulled out of a dream and very confuised, and instinctively reached to make sure my hair was okay lol, and the nurses all assured me I looked great though I'm sure it was quite the opposite, but I loved the optimism! I have sentimental rings for passed on loved ones that I wear daily, and my doctor held them in his pocket during my surgery. Seconds after waking up the nurses were asking where on my hands they go so I could immediately have them back on, and I really appreciated that as well. Honestly a 10/10 experience, and really grateful for the care I received.
