Rude , unprofessional and antiquated office. Refuses to step into the 21st century with their credentialing process. I wouldn't visit this establishment if my life depended on it. Half of the staff seemed like they didn't want to work or that they cared. The other half seemed not to know what they were doing and couldn't conduct the simple task of providing a fax number. I know they cater to a certain demographic but communication was also a burden as they just keep repeating themselves with answers that don't pertain to questions that they were asked. It is 2019 Roosevelt Cardio lets get your stuff together. only gave one star because I had too!
