My experience with your practice has been truly amazing, as your team consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. While I originally visited for an issue with my knee, I was incredibly impressed when your staff also facilitated specialized help with another physician. Every department I interacted with treated me with the utmost courtesy, and I was seen promptly at each stage of my visit. It is rare to find a practice that follows through so thoroughly on every commitment made to a patient. Thank you for making me feel heard and safe in your hands. The staff member who checked me in was very courteous and professional. Also Ms. Cassie who helped me with my appointment, after seeing Dr Chase was as usual, very kind, courteous, professional, friendly, respectful and very helpful. Dr. Chase's " Assistant", made me feel welcome. She was very patient, kind and understanding, since removing my coat etc was a challenge, post operate. Dr. Chase was empathetic, he listened to my concerns, and answered questions I had. He kindly offered help, and assisted me in putting on the sling on my right arm, ( surgical site)which I would not of been able to do on my own, and family members were not available to accompany me for the visit. I thank God for kind Doctors like him.
