Avoid this office at all costs if you value your time, your health, or being treated with basic human decency. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any healthcare provider. I was called repeatedly in a single day to schedule and reschedule my appointment. After finally confirming and taking time off work, I was told at the last minute that the doctor would not even be available. That alone shows a complete lack of organization and respect for patients. What made this experience truly unacceptable was the way I was treated by the front desk staff. The attitude was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my situation, I was met with hostility instead of any effort to help. There was no apology, no accountability—just blatant disrespect. It escalated to the point where I was told they were “not comfortable” treating me and was abruptly pushed to go elsewhere. The tone and manner in which this was communicated were cold, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for any medical office. This level of disorganization combined with outright disrespect is unacceptable in healthcare. Patients deserve professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy—none of which you will find here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
