The staff are amazing i alway so professional and friendly this is only the first medical office that is more like a family. Dr.Fagan, is amazing yes the wait can be a bit long but the staff make sure to check up on you and give you an update

Called to get results and was transferred 5 times to someone who wasn’t answering. After 30 minutes was then told that the one person who checks lab results is out of office (which is why no one was answering). They said I needed to call back the next day. I asked if my provider another provider or nurse or anyone else could get the results and was told no. I find this incredibly strange and bizarre. Won’t be going back and don’t trust a medical office with only one staff member who can look up or deliver results to people.
