Very unprofessional. Made my boyfriend waste his time going there super early just to cancel his appointment again. They called him on Friday, March 19 2021 at 12PM saying that your test came back positive you don't have to come, right. Another person called him back the same day at 1:49PM saying that he can disregard the first call and come and they will do the test for him again on Sunday, March 21 2021 at 9:15AM to be able to do the injection. I even talked to that lady at the end to confirm what she said and the address as well. If there were an option for negative stars I would've of totally give them that.

Horrible experience. A “quick procedure” took 4 hours and no one had any urgency. Incredibly unprofessional. No sort of organization, and I’ve never seen so many doctors and nurses on their phone at the same time. That’s probably why everything takes so long. Will never come back.
