Robin A. Nathanson, Dmd,Pc

There are not may other professional or medical service providers of any type in my life that I trust as much as Dr. Nathanson for her high level of competence, integrity, upbeat demeanor and even playing my jazz favorites when I am there! I have needed several new fillings and crowns recently and found Dr. Nathanson to be a top professional in her dental skills and quality of her results, experience, and her staff's handling of all the billing and insurance processes. I would recommend her to everyone for quality work, fair service fees, and professional treatment.

Although I found Dr. Nathanson to be an ok dentist, I no longer go to her because of the way she dealt with my insurance situation. Dr. Nathanson requires fees to be paid up front, with insurance filed after the appointment. Dr. Nathanson assured me multiple times, as did her staff, that she would file insurance paperwork for me after I had paid her in full at the time of the visit. However, despite trying to get her to follow through on this promise multiple times after each of my visits, Dr. Nathanson never filed the paperwork for ANY of my visits, leaving me out quite a bit of money. If you are someone who uses dental insurance and/or gets reimbursed based on your dentist submitting paperwork, I would not recommend going to Dr. Nathanson - if your experience is anything like mine, you will never get her to file the paperwork and therefore you will end up paying her full fee, which is quite expensive.
