From the time i called to make the appointment to the AMAZING receptionists (i mean from the bottom of my heart thank you 🙏🏽 you know who u are) to the xray tech to the person i saw before the lady who did the cleaning! If i could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. The dentist office terrifies me which probably explains the damge im trying to rectify but this dental office is by far THEE best… would definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I had already transferred my children to another location some time ago because the interactions with the front desk staff and doctors previously felt off. However, I returned for myself due to a toothache and visible damage to my wisdom tooth. To start with a positive note, the dental hygienist and the staff member who performed my X-rays were both professional and kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit was frustrating. I arrived an hour early for my 12:00 PM appointment and was the first patient in the building. Shortly after, a woman who appeared to be a doctor or possibly the owner arrived and apologized to the Hispanic patients(talked directly towards only them) for being late due to an emergency. However, she did not acknowledge me at all, which I found uncomfortable but initially chose to overlook. When 12:00 PM arrived, several patients who came after me were called in before I was. After waiting for some time, I went to the front desk to ask how much longer the wait might be. The staff seemed unaware of who I was and asked my name. I explained that I was the first name on the sign-in sheet since I was the first person there. To my surprise, my name had already been crossed off even though I had never been called. They then explained that different doctors were seeing different patients, but the situation felt disorganized. When I finally saw the dentist, the interaction was very brief and lacked explanation. The doctor looked at my teeth and stated that I would need a wisdom tooth removal and a root canal. There was no detailed explanation about what she was seeing, why the procedures were necessary, or any discussion about treatment options or care. I had to repeatedly ask questions just to get basic confirmation and even then the responses were very minimal. Eventually I stopped asking because it began to feel as though I was asking for information that should normally be provided during a visit. Although I did receive referrals for the procedures, I left feeling that the visit lacked communication and patient care. Dental appointments, especially when serious procedures are being recommended, should involve clear explanations so patients can understand their condition and treatment options. Because of this experience, I will be seeking care at a different dental office moving forward. Every patient deserves to feel acknowledged, informed, and cared for during their visit. “No need for an acknowledgment now or comment- and I’m sure this business will continue to ‘thrive’ “
