TLDR: Long wait times, missed scheduling of my NIPT scan (and blamed me for it), dismissive responses to my pregnancy concerns, and little explanation of bloodwork results. I switched providers and would not recommend.

I hesitated to write this review because sharing unpleasant experiences is difficult for me. However, I ultimately decided to do so in the hope that it might help someone else avoid the experience I had.
I only visited this practice twice, and that was enough for me to decide not to return.
During my first appointment, my husband and I waited a very long time before being called in to see the doctor. The wait felt excessive, especially for a scheduled appointment.
More concerning, they failed to schedule my NIPT scan during my 14-week pregnancy appointment. Later, they attempted to blame me, claiming I did not show up for the scan. In reality, the front desk never scheduled the appointment with me. This is my first pregnancy, and I rely on my provider to guide me through the necessary tests and timelines. I felt that responsibility was not taken seriously, and it came across as negligent.
Additionally, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was experiencing several pregnancy-related symptoms that worried me, but the doctor simply told me to pick up over-the-counter medication without providing thoughtful guidance or reassurance. She seemed disinterested and rushed, and I left feeling unsupported and unheard.
After my blood work results came in, the doctor briefly reviewed them but did not take the time to explain them. When I asked questions, I was told to go online and read about the results myself. This was extremely disappointing. As a first-time patient and first-time mother, I expected clear communication, support, and professional guidance.
Because of these experiences, I chose to switch providers immediately and have not returned.
I am sharing this so that other women, especially those navigating their first pregnancy, can make an informed decision.
