I am posting on behalf of my Husband, Who is or i should say was , A patient of Dr. Dugar, At first our experience was disappointing my husband went for right shoulder pain , she ran all the test , and came up with rheumatoid arthritis, but still didn't give my husband anything to help with the pain , for 3 months she told him come back , come back , comeback , when she did give him a shot for the pain, both her n her staff where very nice , until last month , my husband had an appointment to see her, However my husband couldn't get the time off to go , to the appointment. And we couldn't call to cancel in advance, so I called today to reschedule or get a new appointment and the office told me that they have a strict office policy that if you are a no show , they cannot give you, A new appointment. Dr. Dugar with all due respect , to you and your staff, My husband is in serve pain its A 10 out 10 or higher , my husband only missed 1 appointment that's a no show, However you won't give him a 2nd appointment. We are will to pay whatever fee that is necessary. This is unacceptable.
