I took a food preservation course there. The instructor is a thin lady. She speaks English very badly. She has a lot of jokes. She usually laughs once every 10 minutes. It's good to be funny and laugh. But for fun, not in class. I'm new. My English is not good. But even if a native American were to go to this lady's class, they wouldn't really understand what she was saying. This is terrible.A teacher must have a good speaking voice and tone .So that students understand. Because in New York, this is an exclusive place for this test. They can behave however they want.

The worst place to get your food handlers license. Staff shows up very late and rush everyone to finish paperwork regardless if it's their fault or not. A lot of people can't read English but they literally said they didn't care and it's not their problem to hurry up. Absolutely the worst possible attitudes and disrespectful staff. I honestly don't know how this is even legal not allowing time or proper help in general. The papers printed were also very faded and hard to read in general.
