Riverdale Family Medical Practice

The Manager was very rude, very disrespectful kept engaging to continue the arguing, said to me if i didn't like her rude ness to feel free to find another clinic. Also, she spoke to the receptionists to let me wait and I ask her why would you do such a thing she had no answer but laugh then after my shot of B12 as i was leaving she continue to provoke and antagonize me look at the camera her motion of her body tells it all she need to learn her to respect the patients take anger management classes this happen yesterday 6/10/26 at 5:00 P.M. All Doctors and nurses are top notch all great in 14 years they all continue being outstanding

I’ve had a great experience with Optum Medical Care. The staff is professional, caring and the office is well run. Dr. Robin Pinzon has been my PC doctor for many years. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to listen. The other doctors in the practice are also wonderful when he isn’t available. The only thing i don't care for is when making appointments you are now directed to a central system rather then the office directly. They ask too many personal questions seeming like data mining. However, they will connect you to the main office if you ask. Regardless they are excellent and I highly recommend this practice.
