The whole visit went buttery smooth. Dr. E and his hygienist got those steady hands, made me forget I was even at the dentist. Zero pain, no weird tastes in my mouth—literally walked out whistling. Even the receptionist , Madeline, had this killer playlist on. Yasmine and all of the staff were very friendly, made me feel comfortable and were very professional. Honestly you guys are ruining other clinics for me. Thank you for such a great experience!

I used to go to this dentist but I would not recommend it. The dentist is fine but the customer service is not. Twice I had my appointment canceled by them without any communication or notice. Most recently, I did not receive any text or phone call confirmation, so I called on the day of to confirm my appointment, and I was told my appointment was canceled because I did not confirm it sooner. When I said that I never received a text or a phone call to be able to confirm, I was told that was not true. So I checked my texts and missed calls, but found nothing. Rather than an apology for not calling me, I was told it did not matter, I could no longer be seen at my appointment time. According to the person on the phone, this has been the policy for 10 years, and I should have known that my appointment would be canceled.
