I am so fed up with all of these periodic "positive" reviews that are nothing more than artificial statements aimed at propping their ratings up. The truth is that this network is an absolute catastrophe. The latest in a LONG list of complete malpractice conducted by this administration (never had any issues with the Doctors) is as follows: -- Called the main number 3x and let it ring 30 times each time over the course of three days. No answer; voicemail; nothing. -- Found time in my busy schedule to drive there JUST so I could SPEAK to someone about arranging an appointment. -- Was informed that my Doctor is booked and is leaving soon... of which they have not yet replaced. -- Informed that there was a year wait for an appointment with a different Doctor. -- Asked if maybe they could find a way to assist me with the LEAST of my several medical issues. They had me handwrite a note explaining what I needed. The form actually states that someone will get back to me within a specific number of hours (maybe 48: I do not remember). Here we are... more than two weeks later. And nothing... as usual... as expected. So I sat there writing a long and detailed note clearly explaining what I needed (to make it as easy as possible for them) … for nothing. I believe this network should have their licenses pulled and some sort of malpractice class action suit should be considered. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine a Healthcare Facility operating in Rhinebeck could be this much of a disaster. It is unbelievable in many, many ways.
