Yesterday we had to visit this Urgent Care when our grandmother fell in the parking lot, tripped over a curb, and badly injured her face. She needed stitches, and we are so grateful we came here, especially on a Sunday evening. (A little tip: if you have elderly parents or grandparents, it’s best to support them while walking in parking lots - those curbs can be really dangerous.) We arrived around 8 pm, just an hour before closing, and we were lucky to meet such a kind, supportive team. They treated our grandmother very carefully and with genuine kindness. I am deeply thankful for the compassion, humanity, and attention our grandma received, and also for the very fair prices. It truly made a huge difference in a stressful situation. Thank you so much! Please take care of yourselves, and keep bringing people this warmth and professionalism. ❤️

This people is abusive. I went in my lunch time to be checked for the doctor they told me that I have to wait at least a hour because they have a lot of people (so I lost my lunch time waiting to be attended) I came back two hours latter they send me to a room where the nurse took my vitals and told me the doctor is coming to attend me. I have to wait one and half hour in that room waiting for the doctor. When I went to check they said me that I was next, 30 min latter I was still waiting. The nurse had the nerve to tell me “I told you, that you have to wait” this is not fair. I start working at 7 am. I’m spend working time there losing my time and my employees time. That is abusive. They can have 24 hour service but they don’t respect your time.
