My wife was there for 10 days at which she laid in her urine because no one answers light 4 times her light was hung on wall out of reach ,food tray was never prepared for her to eat (rt hand none functional) even being asked several times. Lack of staffing more na 's and not can cnas also no staff was trained on lift and 4 people grabbed and lifted her into bed causing severe bruising to her rt arm, transferred her out to another facility and they found that she contacted a new strain of body yeast infection ( that she was tested for on her arrival) and was negative so she contracted it there along with a bad kidney infection and again did not have when she was checked in. The virus is not able to be treated with the antibiotics that they would normally be used. Even after being treated for it it can come back . The head of nursing said we are sorry for the care she received we will try harder. I turned them into the state yesterday.
