I submitted a new client form a little over 2 weeks ago and never heard back via text, call nor email. I tried reaching out multiple times calling/texts with nothing in return. Eventually I borrowed a friend's phone to see if it was my phone acting up. I sent a text and then TWO days later finally received a text on my Friends phone asking for my name and saying "I am not seeing a form connected to this number." Not once did I get a text or call back from My Number that I had put on the form or tried multiple times to contact them with. I'm not surprised, it is so hard to find a councilor who actually gives a crap about their clients and not the money going into their pockets on top of the office workers don't give a hoot about doing their job right either, making it more stressful for the people seeking help.

The counselor I saw was good but dealing with Colt and the billing side was HORRENDOUS. I never received invoices and when I asked about it he said it's because I didn't have a co-pay. But then when I questioned charges that were made TO MY CREDIT CARD they were magically for charges that I never received an invoice or statement for. The last statement I received was Sept 2023 which is when I started with them. When speaking with Colt this morning he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He made me feel like I was an absolute burden to be speaking to and when I mentioned this to him he started yelling and saying it's because it's kids were sick and he was tired... okay sorry to hear about your kids but that is still no way to talk to someone who is clearly in distress. I'd appreciate the owner or at least a manager to call me asap please. I will not speak to Colt again
