I strongly urge people to avoid this physical therapy office, I had an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience here. This office deserves zero stars. The therapist is unbelievably rude and has absolutely no respect for patients. Appointment times clearly mean nothing here. Despite having a scheduled appointment, he expects patients to wait unreasonable amounts of time to be seen. When I politely requested an adjustment with my appointment, he became aggressive and kicked me out while I was already on a machine receiving treatment. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. He also spends much of the session forcing religious conversations about church and God onto patients, which is incredibly inappropriate in a medical setting. Patients should not be subjected to someone pushing their personal beliefs during treatment. Even worse, he openly talks about other patients in a disrespectful way, which raises serious concerns about his professionalism and ethics. He also ignores patients’ boundaries regarding their pain levels during therapy. This man has no bedside manner, no professionalism, and no respect for the people he is supposed to be helping. Someone with this behavior should not be practicing in healthcare. Please avoid this establishment at all costs.
